Every Main Haiven piece begins its journey wrapped in intention and a touch of wonder.
Once you place your order, we begin preparing it with care—delicate hands, soft cloths, golden details.
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. holidays).
You’ll receive two little notes from us along the way:

An order confirmation, to let you know we’ve received your treasure

A shipping email with tracking, once your piece takes flight
Delivery usually arrives within 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on where you call home.

✨ A Note About the Journey
Once your parcel leaves our studio and enters the care of the postal service, it travels beyond our reach.
Though we wish we could walk it to your door ourselves, Main Haiven Jewelry is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once it is in transit.
We recommend reaching out to your local post office with your tracking number if something feels amiss.
Before your order sets off, please double-check your shipping address. If you catch a mistake, send us a note within 30 minutes of placing your order—we’ll do our best to redirect it in time. If a package returns to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will apply.

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue. We’ll review your message with care and do our best to make it right.
