Shipping & Returns
Your order will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days from the day of your purchase. Please also keep in mind that Items well not ship out on US holidays or weekends. You will be sent a confirmation email once the order is placed. You will also receive a second email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped out. For whatever reason you did not receive any of these two emails, you can reach out to us on the Contact Us page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to look into your order. Once your order has been shipped out and depending on your location, delivery is expected within 2-5 business days.
**Please note, once your order has shipped out, Main Haiven Jewelry is no longer responsible for the package. If the package is lost, damaged or delayed, please reach out to your local post office with your tracking number and they will further assist you.
Please make sure to enter your correct shipping address as we will not be responsible for the loss of your package due to the wrong shipping address. If you do place an order and submit the wrong address at the time of your purchase, please email us a email@example.com immediately or within 30 minutes of your purchase to guarantee that your new shipping address request can be completed and we will go ahead and update your new shipping address.
**A re-shipping fee will be on the responsibility of the customer, if we receive a package back due to an incorrect shipping address.
At this time we do not accept returns but we strive to keep our customers happy and can review any issues on a case-by-case basis. Once you receive your order, please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is either defective, damaged or the wrong item. If there are any problems upon arrival of your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of arrival and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
